Free Winter Tire Giveaway

Eligibility:

• Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a permanent residence within 20 miles of 306 E Veatch St, Moscow, ID 83843.
• This promotion is open to residents of both Idaho and Washington, subject to Idaho state laws.
• Participants must like and follow our Facebook page, comment "TIRES" on the designated giveaway post, and tag at least one friend in their comment.
• Employees of Auto Repair At The Hive, their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period:

• The promotion begins on the date the giveaway post is published and will run until the end of October 2024.
• The winner will be randomly selected and announced in November 2024.

Winner Selection:

• One winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries and announced via a Facebook post.
• The winner will be notified via direct message and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If no response is received within this time, a new winner may be selected.

Prize Details:

• The winner will receive a free set of four tires, up to a maximum value of $1,000.00 USD.
• The prize must be redeemed at Auto Repair At The Hive, within 30 days, located at 306 E Veatch St, Moscow, ID 83843, and is non-transferable.
• If the winner purchased a set of qualifying tires from Auto Repair At The Hive within 30 days prior to winning, they are eligible for a refund up to the maximum prize value of $1000.00 USD or the retail value of their purchase whichever is lower.
• No cash alternative or prize substitution is available.

Promotional Usage:

• By entering, participants agree to allow Auto Repair At The Hive to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes.
• The winner will be featured in social media posts, photographs, videos, and other promotional materials related to the giveaway.

General Conditions:

• Auto Repair At The Hive reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules or appears fraudulent.
• Auto Repair At The Hive is not responsible for technical issues, internet delays, or other disruptions that may affect entry submission.
• Auto Repair At The Hive reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if necessary, including changes in prize value or terms due to unforeseen circumstances.

Liability:

Applicable Law:

• This promotion is subject to Idaho state laws, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Idaho law. However, residents of Washington are eligible to participate as long as they meet the other eligibility requirements.
